Intended Use and Run-Time Limits
The OZONODE is built for short, controlled sessions - it is not a continuous-duty machine. Please observe these limits. They protect the quartz cell, and they are the conditions the warranty is based on.
- 40 minutes maximum, then a 10-minute cool-down: run the unit for no more than 40 minutes at a time, then switch it off and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before running it again.
- Not an air purifier: the OZONODE is not built to ozonate rooms, cars, fridges or cupboards, and should not be used that way. Our Multipurpose Ozonator, PURIMAX and Microbe Mister are designed for air, surface and water sanitisation.
- Not for making ozonated oils: ozonating olive oil, or any other oil, takes many hours of continuous running. The OZONODE is not designed for it and will be damaged by it. Our ozonated Olive, Jojoba and Hemp gels are made here in New Zealand under controlled conditions.
