Returns

Natural Ozone has a 30 day money-back guarantee return policy on all Residential and Commercial Ozone Generators and Oxygen Concentrators. We want you to have complete peace of mind when purchasing our quality products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

We will refund the purchase price (less a 15% restock fee on all returned items over $200, cost of return shipping and handling will be borne by customer) if the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned to Natural Ozone within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in as-new condition.
• All boxes, containers, paperwork, and accessories are returned with the item.
• Only one unit was purchased per order. (Purchasing 2 or more of any units on the same day automatically excludes one from the return policy.)
• You must contact us by the contact details below before returning your product.

Shipping charges are not refunded as we cannot get our money back from the carrier.
