Confused about what oxygen source to choose? You can choose between using an oxygen tank or an oxygen concentrator. See here for all information including pros and cons of each.

If you choose to use and oxygen tank, then the bundle comes with the low flow meter to fit, you will need to source the oxygen tank yourself from your local gas or hardware store. Just select the right option at check out.

If you choose to use an oxygen concentrator then the bundle comes with the oxygen concentrator and low flow meter to fit when you choose the 4th option at the check out.

Return policy

Natural Ozone has a 30 day money-back guarantee return policy on all Residential and Commercial Ozone Generators and Oxygen Concentrators. We want you to have complete peace of mind when purchasing our quality products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

We will refund the purchase price (less a 15% restock fee on all returned items over $200, cost of return shipping and handling will be borne by customer) if the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned to Natural Ozone within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in as-new condition.
• All boxes, containers, paperwork, and accessories are returned with the item.
• You must contact us by the contact details below before returning your product.

Shipping charges are not refunded as we cannot get our money back from the carrier.

We will dispatch your order the same day if received before NZT 11am or next business day if received after NZT 11am.

NZ delivery
For NZ orders we have overnight delivery option available (note this does not deliver in weekends), otherwise standard delivery with NZ post 2-3 days.

International delivery
For overseas orders we use DHL which take as little as 3 working days to Australia, and up to 1 week for Oceania and Asia. Allow 10 working days for countries further away.

We also have NZ post as an option which aim to deliver within 5 - 10 working days but can often experience delays.

Where possible we manufacture in house and source local componentry. Some specialised materials we import from the USA.

For other selected products where in house manufacturing is no longer feasible such as the OZONODE, we work closely with our longstanding partner manufacturer in China. Natural Ozone NZ directs all design & packaging specifications, quality control, warranty & customer services. We are based in Christchurch, NZ. 

Please note our commitment to sustainability. Parts are replaceable and repair is done locally.

Firstly ensure you have everything set correctly according to this video if you using an oxygen concentrator, or this video if you are using an oxygen tank.

Then follow along to this video to make ozonated water.

Still no bubbles? Perhaps the diffuser stone is somehow blocked a little. Avoid leaving it sitting in water when it is not bubbling. You can try turning the flow up high and see if bubbles come out, If they do then you can turn down again till there is nice steady bubble flow.

From time to time you can bubble through boiling water - that helps to clear out the diffuser stone also.

Still no bubbles? Perhaps one of the tubing is kinked and blocking the flow. Or the small one way check valve may be blocked, you can remove that from the line completely.

Amazing Natural Ozone Olive Healing Gel

Sometimes referred to as the "Everything Gel", the natural antibiotic and antioxidant qualities of our olive healing gel make it a useful and versatile skin balm for both humans and pets. 

Amazing Natural Ozone Hemp Healing Oil

Rich and strong.

Hemp oil is famous for the healing properties inherent in the high omega 3 fatty acids. These amazing natural properties also endow hemp oil with the capacity to store the highest level of ozone in our healing gel range. It is perfect for spot treatment of problem areas but a little too sticky to use as a moisturising cream like the jojoba.

Ozone dissipates slowly in UV light however Ozone Healing Gels are extremely stable if refrigerated and will retain their efficacy for several years. Even at room temperature, kept out of sunlight, once opened, it retains its effectiveness for several months. For best effect, refrigerate between uses.

The Ozonated Jojoba Healing Gel can be kept out of the fridge for the longest as it remains solid at room temperature.

In very rare cases some have had an allergic reaction to the oil itself (there has been no indication that it has been the ozone). Always patch test first prior to applying widely.
