Oxygen Source Requirements
The OZONODE requires a pure oxygen input to operate effectively. Please review more information on choosing the right oxygen input suitable for you in our handy oxygen guide.
Intended Use and Run-Time Limits
The OZONODE is built for short, controlled sessions - it is not a continuous-duty machine. Please observe these limits. They protect the quartz cell, and they are the conditions the warranty is based on.
- 40 minutes maximum, then a 10-minute cool-down: run the unit for no more than 40 minutes at a time, then switch it off and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before running it again.
- Not an air purifier: the OZONODE is not built to ozonate rooms, cars, fridges or cupboards, and should not be used that way. Our Multipurpose Ozonator, PURIMAX and Microbe Mister are designed for air, surface and water sanitisation.
- Not for making ozonated oils: ozonating olive oil, or any other oil, takes many hours of continuous running. The OZONODE is not designed for it and will be damaged by it. Our ozonated Olive, Jojoba, Hemp and Glycerine gels are made here in New Zealand under controlled conditions.

Warranty
- 1-year warranty from the date of shipment, covering faults in materials and workmanship when the unit is used within the run-time limits above.
Who is the OZONODE for?

Safety and precautions
Never breathe ozone gas directly - it is a lung irritant. Always start with a low dose and a short session, and build up gradually. Ozone therapy does not suit everyone: if you are pregnant, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, or have G6PD deficiency, speak to your doctor before you begin. Use the OZONODE only within the run-time limits set out above, and only with equipment intended for ozone.
