Thank you Kim for your kindness and helpfulness. Good communication, quick delivery and I am happy with the machine.
good communication , easy to use machine. Just what we need if COVID gets bad.
A big thank you to Kim for helping me out in getting this delivery sorted to India midst pandemic.
All I can say is KUDOS to your attitude & approach, I felt very comfortable communicating with Kim both over email & phone.
She was very understanding, kind, helpful and dispatched in shortest possible time.
Love the OXY-90 as if has helped relieve my sleep apnea symptons. Used an oximeter to confirm my SpO2 was above 90% overnight. Could not get use to CPAP as all the full face masks trialled leaked and I was wearing a dental appliance that was partially successful. Initially used the 'headset' wand dispenser (annoying cold breeze) and then the nasal cannula (seemingly limited oxygen flow). Now using an oxygen mask - surprised you do not include one with the machine or make any reference to that option in your manual. I have found the machine to be too noisy by the bed, in addition the display is too bright. To overcome this I have located the machine next door, using 5 metres of pvc extension tubing. Lastly, the blue water tank makes it hard to determine the actual water level.
